11q11q Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and Guidelines

By accessing, browsing, or using any service provided by the platform 11q11q — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, and any other category available on the site — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and any other specific policies published on the site.

• The 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 500.00 has a rollover of 10x the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50 for single bets or 2.00 for accumulator bets;
• Cancelled bets, hedging bets (placed via another account), and bets on excluded markets do not count toward rollover completion;
• The deadline to complete the welcome bonus rollover is 30 calendar days from the moment of credit;
• The weekly cashback from the VIP Program is credited every Monday with no rollover and can be withdrawn immediately;
• The 11q11q reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion with 24 hours' prior notice.

Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, hedge betting to clear rollovers with minimal risk, or any strategy designed to exploit promotions in an illegitimate way — will result in the immediate cancellation of bonuses, associated winnings, and, in serious cases, permanent account closure.

Bets placed on the 11q11q are final once confirmed by the system — it is not possible to cancel or modify a confirmed bet, except in cases covered by the cashout feature. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• The minimum bet is R$ 1.00 per bulletin;
• Parlay bets must include at least 2 events and the minimum combined odds are 1.20;
• Obvious odds errors (odds that deviate from market standards due to a technical error) will be corrected and the affected bets voided, with the wagered amount refunded;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed without a rescheduled date within 48 hours, all bets are voided and the wagered amount refunded;
• In parlay bets, the cancellation of one event removes that event from the parlay and the remaining selections stay valid;
• The 11q11q reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on certain markets or events, in accordance with internal risk management criteria.

For live betting, odds are updated in real time and may be suspended during critical moments of the match (goal, red card, VAR). Bets submitted while a market is suspended will not be accepted. Live cashout is available for most pre-match markets, subject to availability at the time of the request.
